Confirmation 2022 - Christian Community Service Report and 20 Hours of Service

Confirmation candidates are required to: 

1.) Perform a minimum of 20 hours of Christian Community Service, at least 5 of which must be based at Resurrection. 

Candidates should begin their service over the summer months to avoid conflicts with homework or sport activities during the school year. It is the candidate’s responsibility to seek Community service opportunities as well as to maintain accurate and organized records of these hours.

​What is the deadline?:

• A Community Service submission verifiying ALL 20 HOURS is due April 25, 2021.

Community Service hours may be submitted as follows:

• Below you will find the information you need to sign into X2VOL.  This is the recording and verification program that we will be using to process your community service for your 8th grade Confirmation requirement!
  There are a few steps you need to do to complete the sign-in and verification process to access your account.  Please follow the steps accordingly.  You will also find a video below which will also guide you through the process.  If you need any assistance at any time please contact X2VOL customer support.  DO NOT call OR email the PREP office with technical issues or questions.

  Step 1:  Go to www.x2vol.com
  Step 2:  Click JOIN in the upper right hand corner
  Step 3:  Click COMPLETE REGISTRATION on the left.
  Step 4:  Search for CHURCH OF THE RESURRECTION and select.
  Step 5:  Enter your LAST NAME and the email associated with your account.  (It should be the
                same email you are receiving this email.)
  Step 6:  Verify and change any information that may be wrong in your profile.

1. Join the Junior Choir and attend rehearsals for Sunday 8:45 am Mass 
2. Altar Server (max 5 parish hours)
3. Junior Lector at 8:45 am Mass (max 5 parish hours)

1. Helping Hands Backpack Project in August
2. Thanksgiving and Christmas POTS
3. Gardening around Resurrection Church
4. Carver Center - Dinner at Noon
